Let’s face it, if you own a king at home, you will not want to sleep in a queen on vacation. If you own a queen at home, you're on vacation and you're splurging, so why not sleep in a king! Flat screens are in, please bring the box TV’s to the dump. Stainless steel appliances are also in, and they should be in your cabin. When we are out seeing cabins, look at some of these aspects. If the cabin does not have some or all of these features it most likely is not doing well on a rental program and it also may be on the market longer as a direct result. Following some of these suggestion is a great start, talking to your rental cabin company to get their opinions and suggestions is another great way to make it money.
